Decree No. 98 from 28 March, 1983
Individuals had to obtain a permit from Romanian Police in order to own a typewriter. Individuals will hand a card with characters of the letters, figures and spelling signs of their typewriter to the local Police in the first two months of every year. Individuals that have typewriters have to declare to the local Police if they sell or lose their typewriters. Individuals are forbidden to rent their typewriters. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums.
